• Preparation of delivery challans, preparing monthly stock statement.
• Daily issue Materials & indent control Register maintenance.
• Material Planning & Preparing the purchase requisition.
• Formwork material issue to sub-contractor & Reconciliation.
• Scrap dispatch.
• Sub-Contractor Register & Indent details.
• Maintaining MRN control sheet.
• Miscellaneous MRN updating.
• Reconciliation of tools & tackles available at site and store.
• Identifying the non-moving and slow-moving materials.
• Preparation of Monthly diesel consumption statement.
• Responsible for handling overall store work. SYSTEM WORK.IN EIP
• PR updating through EIP/SAP/E-BILLS system.
• Prepare GIN/MRN & GRN through EIP/SAP /E-BILLS system.
• Cash MRN prepare through EIP/SAP/ E-BILLS system.
• Indent posting through EIP/SAP/E-BILLS system.
• Scrap dispatch through EIP/SAP/E-BILLS system.
• When material dispatch to other site prepare DC through EIP /SAP/E-BILLS system.
• Physical verification of Material.
