JOB RESPONSIBILITY :
•Manage, Lead and monitor daily production activities on shop floor and effectively execution of production plan.
•Ensure Proper utilization of manpower, material and plant machineries for maximizing production efficiency.
•Improvement in existing production processes and maintaining inventory at minimum level and control over rejection.
•Motivating and training to subordinates on various productivity improvement programs to developed their skill and capability.
•Identifying scope for modification and improvement in equipment, process flow working practice consumable, manpower reduction, for controlling and reducing conversion cost per unit production.
•Generating production report and reporting to production manager

Job Responsibility and major contribution:
• Planning and execution of production plan, increased production level by modifying machine fixture.
•Reduced cycle time by improving machine efficiency and process setting, training to manpower on production process and motivating them by implementing attractive production incentive.
•Utiliziled unused machinery and started in-house production of grey and red oxide resuling reduction in manufacturing cost.
•Designed new fixtures for production, increased production rate, developed guidelines for sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor .
•Revised and prepare new SOP, implemented them for better quality product and fulfilled requirement for achieving various ISO standard.
•Implemented 5S practices, FIFO system, KAIZEN on shop floor.

Job Responsibilities:
•Installation and commissioning of battery manufacturing machinery and to bring them into production mode .
•Effective execution and meeting production targets as per daily production plan.
•Identify, resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadline .
•Ensuring that all safty and quality measures are adhered during production process.
•Ensuring reduction in wastage, extra hours working and decreasing machines downtime and maximizing section and plant efficiency.
•Deploying manpower on different production stage, machine loading, providing raw material on shop floor, monitoring hourly production report, ensuring semi finished goods flow between different production sections.
•To prepare & display the checklists at critical production stages to ensure the required quality norms.
•Preparing daily production reports and reporting production manager
