• Evaluating internal control systems and procedures and implementing necessary corrective actions. Establish internal audit plans by involving internal and /or external agencies to identify and improve controls in critical processes.
• Ensure detailed and need based MIS reports to monitor performance of key financial parameters like Cash flows, Cost targets, Credit controls, Division/Product Profitability and other operational parameters.
• Team building and motivating all stakeholders to go for targets, challenge status quo and welcome change.
• Designing HR policies to suit the organizational needs.
• Designing Incentive schemes and other motivational schemes to energies the most important assets (manpower) in organizations.
• Implementation of ERP.

Functional Skill Set
• Establishing corporate goals, forecasts, short term / long term budgets, preparing business plans / strategies for maximizing profitability and revenue generation and realise corporate goals.
• Finance functions involving designing and implementing systems, policies and procedures to facilitate internal financial control.
• Formulating revenue and capital budgets; conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected and actual results and implementing corrective actions.
• Liaising with financial institutions and Banks for preparation of proposal and raising fund / non-fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital and term loan requirements.

• Profitability statements, project reports and MIS reports to monitor movement of key business indicators and facilitate decision making process of the top management.

Pressure and Temperature Controls and Hydraulic system.

• This was a senior post and required a great deal of initiative, control and expertise on my part to handle all the matters pertaining to Finance, Accounts, MIS, Income
Tax as well as implementation of internal policy, budgetary and cost control systems.

Finance & Accounts
• Project Report preparation, Equipment finance proposal, its sanction and disbursal from financial institutions and banks.

TDS formalities such as filing of returns and assessments thereof.
• Preparation of Filing of annual Income Tax returns and assessments thereof of the company with Tax consultants.
• Co-ordination with Tax consultants for Handling post assessment phase i.e.
preparation & filing Appeals before various Appellate authorities such as
Commissioner (Appeals), Income Tax Appellate Tribunals etc.
