arising in day to day accounting of expenses booking, income entries vendor reconciliation, L/C creation
and other banking operations. I was also involved in preparing Final Accounts (Balance Sheet and Profit &
Loss Account), daily working capital management by minimizing finance cost.
* Taxation & Reporting
Supervising data preparation and filing of GST returns, TDS returns, documentation for Service tax
assessment etc. Preparing Cash flow and MIS required by management periodically and as & when.
* Payables & Receivables
Managing all the creditors and supervising Invoice booking, credit period etc. and keeping check on
receivables and coordinating with concern team for the same

doubts/queries arising in day to day accounting, banking and operations. I was also involved in preparing
Final Accounts (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account), TDS deductions. Stamp duty working &
payments, daily working capital management by minimizing finance cost (Over draft interest) and utilizing
available funds in products decided by management as per the availability of funds.
* Indirect Tax
I headed the implementation of recently launched GST in all the Branches / Group Companies. I was
responsible for all the indirect tax related work from implementing procedures to getting changes done in
software. I handled the complete working & payments of GST. I was handling tax assessments and audits
conducted by tax departments.
* MIS, Audit &Reporting
Preparing MIS required by management periodically and as & when required. Being a stock broker needs
various compliances and reporting to SEBI/Stock exchanges, my duty was preparing reports required by
SEBI / Exchanges. Providing details required by internal and statutory auditors.
