Treasury & Banking Finance
•Cash Management: Responsible for organising & meeting the financial obligation of the organisation. Involves a daily monitoring of the cash position & matching with same with the outstanding different bank borrowing. Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly cash flow for presentation to top management.
•Procure the different line of Bank Borrowing: Analysing the different bank borrowing from different banks including loan in different currency (USD, AED & Euro primarily). Negotiating the borrowing on different merits like rate on interest, link to LIBOR, EIBOR rates & facility provided. Organising the Management approval on borrowing.
Saving in the Interest cost (AED 2.3 millions) / charges thru innovative ways

Accounting & Commercial, Compliance & Reporting
•Accounting: Responsible for maintaining Books of Accounts as per International GAAP & IFRS requirements (incl. Business consolidation integrating overseas Subsidiaries). Maintaining an accounting disciple as per the company Policies and Procedure. Working in SAP environment for day to day accounting and commercial transaction recording. Smoothly and timely payment handling for Internal payments and expenses booking for monthly results. Completing the various Audit Program as per schedule and implementing corrective action plan has been major KRA. Drafting of SOP for the overall efficiencies and cost optimisations.
•Reporting: Responsible for Management reporting within the deadlines. Reporting in “COGNOS” & “Hyperion” environment. Actively handholding with cross functions towards building a collective performance culture. Focusing the sales target and alternative optional strategies.
