I worked as a team leader and my responsibility was to ensure the smooth functioning of the daily business and operational activities, which includes guiding employees, running the floor, check the stock and order and receive stock, cash handling etc.
Working as a HR and Admin assistant (part time) for that company, and my responsibility was to keep the records of their employees, contacting them, support Manager with recruitment and selection, payroll, TNA etc.
My role was to maintain the relationship with the clients and assist them with their queries. Basically I had to handle the customer complains and deal those customer and provide a solution for them, and some other customer service related jobs.
I did intern in both HR and Marketing function at Berger which is an England based manufacturing and production company. I worked in their HR and assisted my manager to design the recruitment and selection policy and organized recruitment session. I also had to do market survey where I had close contact with their dealers and had to make a research paper on it.
I used to work as a teacher where my teaching subject was Accounting and Management.
My major was Human Resources Management, GPA was 3.82 out of 4 scale. I did my dissertation on the effect of training and development and work place flexibility on employee motivation and performance. I got A in my dissertation.
I had dual major (HRM and Marketing) in my BBA and GPA was 3.48 out of 4 scale. I got Financial scholarship based on my academic performance for three consecutive years. For my performance I was offered an internship at Berger Paints Bangladesh Ltd in their HR department, and Marketing department.
I got GPA of 3.60.
I got GPA 4.25 out of 5 scale.
