Ensure all internal customers get the best possible support in import/export operations area;
Conducting qualitative cooperation with brokers, customs and other regulatory authorities;
Cooperating with other divisions of the company in order to identify the product classification planned for import or export;
Being responsible for instructing suppliers/expeditors/transport companies about the right transport documents preparation and the list of necessary documentation;
Maintaining updated database of customs codes of the products;
Verify the correctness of invoices received from customs, certification and other authorities; ensure their entering into the system and timely payment.
Well versed in Dubai Trade portal.
Well versed in Dubai Customs Declaration E-services documentations (land and Sea).
Record, initiate enter the cargos or shipments to the logistics system to ensure existing information for further processing.
Pack, prepare, classify and hold the shipments according to destination and the routing to be handled by assigned staff.
Calculate, account and provide information about the shipment statistics; weight, destination, quantity, type, charge.
Perform material handling, receive and deliver to the desired routing, processing, recipient or any other concerned party.
Communicate, coordinate, follow up and report about on processing or hold items to be manipulated, delivered to other parties, or provide feedback about status.
Provide presentable communications with clients and customer and provide them the desired level of service in answering their queries. Perform filing and documentation issues as prescribed for them, and provide with vital assistance in keep records and following up status for under-processing shipments.
Consult customers about any queries, answer phones and emails regarding any issue.
Coordinates with clients to arrange for the provision of logistics services at the client’s site.
Collaborate and assess in serving other logistics operations as desired and requested by higher level management.
Providing technical solutions to customers for specific individual or grouped products with a high focus on quality and expedient resolution.
Providing software related solutions to the customers by taking remote access of the computer with in specific time durations.
Provide effective and timely communication to customers through written, telephone verbal.
Log all activity associated with any service request in CRM (Customer relation management) system so that a complete and thorough record is maintained for the customer and Company.
Sensitive and experienced in managing customer’s needs and expectations.
Work with School Administration and staff to develop Implementation Goals, including an assessment of services, scheduling, and plan of action for continual improvement.
Conducting Academic Events & various other Engagement initiatives with clients.
Create documentation as needed and attend key conferences.
Co-ordinate & conduct activities, meetings, training programs & events.
Systematically maintaining important and confidential documents of the organization
