• Budgeting & Analysis:- Budgets, forecasts, travel expense. MIS, dashboard, periodic tracking of variance and course correction etc.

• Liaison between operation, leadership and various stakeholders
• Reporting Team:- Manage various functional reporting team like logistic, service, Marketing & PEM
• Continuous Improvement @ Treadlink & Dashboard:-work with apex team to create end to end workflow.
• As part of this responsibility, need to execute on the ideas identifies basis prioritization and engage the right team.
• Analyze the performance of support functions for department such as HR, PEM, DM, Service, Logistic and sales.
• Responsible individual for approval of significant corporate expense check
• Manage various Project for system implementation
• Job knowledge including Fundamental knowledge of processes and methods of work regarding the position.
• Ability to maintain effective relationship with clients.
• Reports to internal and external clients in a timely and appropriate fashion. Organizes and prioritizes work schedule to meet client needs and deadlines
