Assessing the progress in conjunction with the approved work program and quality control checking of materials & work-shop drawings, checking of variations, completion of project as per contract with proper documentation etc.

Defined project scope for the construction of institutional buildings. Adroitly managed inventory of materials at site and regulated movement of materials with appropriate documentation. Implemented cost reduction measures to ensure overall operational competitiveness.
Responsible for drawing up detailed project plan covering overall project theme, requirements of manpower, machines and materials resources including budgetary outlay and activity schedules; gathered information from the previous projects as done by civil/structural contractor if their technical expertise qualified to the ongoing project.

Oversaw material take off from shop drawings, send enquiries to the suppliers, evaluated suppliers bid to meet project specification and budget allocated, negotiated with the suppliers for the delivery of the ordered items.
Spearheaded efforts across supervising & monitoring the overall project performance on regular basis & reporting the same to the top management to facilitate them in making decision for further improvements.
