•Spearheading project management activities for all civil, building, encompassing site planning, scope definition, finalization of techno-commercial aspects and laying down of quality standards.
•Handling end to end projects encompassing planning, site work scope definition, finalisation of techno-commercial aspects and implementing quality standards.
•Preparing the budgeted costs; creating and monitoring schedules. Implementing various value engineering and cost control measures during various stages of the project thereby achieving cost and time benefits; holding project meetings for evaluating project progress providing technical inputs.
•Evaluating & executing contracting works as well as handling negotiation, award and review of contracts as per contract regimes. Supervising contractors work.
•Preparing monthly progress reports; conducting progress review meetings with engineering and procurement groups.
•Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters. Supervising Earth work in excavation by mechanical means and manual means.
•Inspecting site for Civil finishes work: tile and granite work & R.C.C work for Foundation, e.g., pile cap, raft, isolated footing, combined footing, for Other RCC structures, e.g., Column, beam, plain level slab, P.T Slab, Stadium slope slab, for Special type structures, e.g., Water Treatment Plan and Sewage Treatment Plant, Swimming Pool..
•Guiding cross-functional teams for handling civil matters pertaining to local statutory bodies, architects, and process technologists to troubleshoot customer issues.
