 Responsible for Managing ERP system of Earadat Group Of Companies.
 Playing leading role for recommending suggestions to resolve conflicts between business requirements and system functionality.
 Worked with R & D to optimize operation processes and provided technical support to all concerning day to day activities.
 Re designed custom forms resulting in more data capture and data entry errors, by consulting with WIPRO team.
 Ensuring smooth functioning of ERP system and resolving technical(back-end) issues by communicating WIPRO India
 Introduced process improvements and standardized accounting practices. Eliminated 70% of custom code and advised on alternatives.
 Contributed support in yearend activities with the intention of resolving their major reconciliation and reporting issues like financial statements.
 Participated in reconciliation of Payroll, EAM and Inventory between finance modules.
 Providing end user support and responding to queries, also making adjustments of mistakes committed by end users.
 Maintain and update of master data requirement whenever is required like customer, supplier COA values
 Implemented Oracle I expenses, VAT-2018 and COA changes as per finance department requirement.
 Preparation of decks on various functionalities with respect to Finance for presenting as part of workshop designs
