RESPONSIBILITIES: Reports to Project Manager and assists / supports the PM in planning, monitoring and controlling the daily works at project site. Coordination with the consultant, Main Contractor, Production Managers and all site faculties.

Undertakes the task of handling men, materials, machine, money and motivating the resources put to task. Ensuring the tasks is completed on time, along with sending the delivery to the customer and seeking its approval. To supervise and coordinate all the activities. To see to that the entire task is performed to the fullest of the efficiency. To plan out an organization structure to bring out ease and flow in the task. Suggesting new policies and modifications in order to reform the nature of work. Ought to develop good relation with colleagues and motivate to do well by appreciating their good performances. Primary duty is to participate in meetings, discussions, project site visits, workshops and hearings. Preparing bids and proposal for the perspective clients to expand business operations. Providing full information to the accounts department and auditors and assist them in case of difficulty. Determining the resources required for the purpose of production. Preparing status reports and presenting them to the higher managing authorities for scrutinizing.

Develop shop drawings of the company’s products (stainless steel, aluminum, architectural, structural glass, and steel structures) which include plans, sections, elevations, and various details using AutoCAD in concurrence with architectural drawings duly prepared by project consultant and submit them as per schedule.
Incorporate drawing revisions based on consultant comments/ instructions prepares all necessary fabrication drawings from approved shop drawings and parameters.
Prepare material take-off and cutting list drawings for use in actual fabrication.
Communicate with consultants regarding design issues and provide insights on how to go about its resolution.
In-charge in preparing RFI to all projects involved.
Regular follow up to production department regarding the status of fabrication of each cutting list released.
Coordinate with site engineers regarding the modification and installation of the materials.
Coordinate with other sub-contractors (MEP, Stone & Marble, Steel structures and frames) thru main contractor for proper implementation of details.
Site verification prior to preparation of fabrication drawings.
Site inspection during the execution of fabricated materials on site.
