Job Profile:
•Responsible for Monthly, daily Planning and Execution of Production Plan of Various Jobs.
•Responsible for tracking various jobs on Daily basis and define time-lines for the same.
•for weekly dispatch planning & Execution.To plan the inspection in co-ordination with QA.
•Vendor development for trims and outsource machining work.
•Responsible Out-source machining & follow-up for the same.
•Coordinate with all departments for expedite work.
•Check material availability as per BOM requirement.
•Send inquiries to supplier and follow-up for the same.
•Follow-up / receiving quotation and making price comparison.
•Generate Purchase order as per requirement, place and confirm order with supplier monitoring till delivery completed.
•Managing relationship with supplier.
•Coordination with quality/production with respect to quality of incoming material received.
•Conduct supplier evolution and supplier rating.
•Responsibility of maintaining all records as required by Quality Management System.

Job Profile:
•Working on ERP Planning system.
•Responsible for Day-to-Day Planning and Execution of Production Plan of Various Jobs.
•Responsible for tracking various jobs on day-to-day basis and define timelines for the same.
•Responsible for solving hurdles occurs in Day-to-Day Production.
•Responsible for Monitoring and maintaining record of Day-to-Day Production
•Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques and sequences of activities for each project stage.
•Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
•Making estimations for timescales and costs.
•Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
•Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker and other professionals.
•Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
•Co-ordinate with store/purchase/design team for resource availability.
•Taking follow-ups with vendors and machining team.
•Ensure all hold points get cleared before dispatch.
•To plan the inspection in co-ordination with QA.
•Responsible for meeting Manufacturing Objectives, Output, Cycle-time.
•To be an active member of Cross Functional Team to eliminate all the hold points during production.
•To ensure effective corrective action is taken on customer complaint.
•Implementation of 5 ’S’ activities on shop-floor.
•Responsibility of maintaining all records as required by Quality Management System.

•Complete Work order study with drawing and data sheet along with Customer Purchase Order for Planning.
•Preparation of BOM (Bills of Material).
•Raised Indent to Store Department for the non-available material.
•Preparation Weekly & Monthly Production Plan.
•Preparation of costing sheet as per requirement
•Preparation & Maintaining of CPM (Critical Path Method) for Project Orders.
•Preparation Assembly Plan & Machine loading Plan on daily Basis.
•Preparation job cards and machine history cards at the shop floor.
•Maintaining daily production plan and daily production report.
•Giving machine loading plan to operators.
•Maintaining daily assembly plan and daily assembly report.
•Intimating the maintenance head about the breakdown of machines.
•Intimating the dates as per the preventive maintenance plan of machines.
•Updating the final status of valves to the despatch department for making packing slips
