Key Accountabilities:
► Effective planning and management of preventive / corrective maintenances of available equipment
► Handling of maintenances related data / info, obtained by collaborating with the on-site engineers and managers
► Generation, Issuance and Filing of Work Orders using MAXIMO 7.5 and AMOS Business Suite ver 4.0
► Ensuring the timely yet efficient recording / reporting of maintenance work orders in the MAXIMO and AMOS Business Suite, by sites' teams and centre
► Managing the availability of resources (labour + tools), requested by the site, for a maintenance activity / plan
► Supporting the site teams in the trouble shooting of issues related to CMM systems
► Ensuring that the monthly KPIs (key performance indicators) are met
► Supporting the site teams in preventive / corrective maintenances related issues
► Preparation of maintenance budget input for annual contract budgeting
Bunny's Ltd is a renowned FMCG production company in Lahore region. It deals with the production of bakery related items e.g. breads, rusks, buns, nimko, cakes etc.
Highlights:
★ Led a team of engineers to implement the 5S standards in the maintenance warehouse
★ Instructed the operators in the appropriate handling and care of the machines in operation at site thereby reducing the maintenances and the related cost by a fair margin
★ Directed a team of mechanics in performing the civil and machine related troubleshooting, present in the Snacks department, for the preparation of American Institute of Baking's (A.I.B) audit
Key Responsibilities:
► Supervision and assistance in the preventive / corrective maintenances performed
► Overseeing and guiding the operators in their day to day working with machines such as mixers, ovens et al.
► Devising improvements in work request procedure at the site, in order to make it more streamlined
► Generation of maintenance reports citing the work performed and material / inventory used
► Acting as a bridge to reduce the communication gaps between the departments (if any)

PEL is the pioneer manufacturer of electrical goods in Pakistan. During my 6 week internship in PEL (June 18, 2010 - July 30, 2010), I was part of Refrigerator department. I gained valuable insight about the development process of Refrigerators and Deep Freezers.
