• Ensuring the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Provide reports to the department and the business when necessary with support from HR Manager.
• Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings.
• Assist the HR advisors in the recruitment process
• Conducting orientation program to new employees
• Facilitate both internal and external training
• Monitor and track training sessions for reporting purposes
• Manage the leave system, including adding new starters and removing leavers.
• Draft employee letters in relation to any salary, bonus or benefit adjustment and update all relevant systems.
• Maintain and update HRIS and employee directory with any employee changes.
• Serve as a resource for all team members by being available and accessible to
discuss all human resources related issues.
• Developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information
• Ensure appropriate security for all HR-related information
• Supervise the maintenance of employee personnel records
• Initiate and conduct timely investigations, prepare documentation and make recommendations for corrective /disciplinary actions
• Support giving the report about employee benefits, compensation and discipline issues.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
• Conduct Exit Interview
• Maintaining an awareness of HR best practice at all times
