• Responsible for monitoring and optimizing overall operation cost of Projects awarded.
• Supervising and Conducting cost estimation and procurement activities of various projects awarded.
• Receiving Client Requisitions, Performing Technical Bid Evaluations, submitting techno-commercial bids.
• Sourcing and Procurement of Engineering items as per client requisitions and technical data sheets.
• Receiving project specification from the client and preparing compliance reports.
• Managing sub vendors and performing quality evaluation.
• Worked as part of the longest cross country pipeline project for natural gas in India (EWPL).
• Responsible for Estimation of materials requirement for Piping and Structural work based on GAD, P&ID.
• Responsible for monitoring and projecting daily, weekly and Monthly progress of fabrication and erection of Piping.
• Providing support and monitoring the daily progress of each sub - contractors.
• Responsible for Planning of the Installation of Gas Turbine along with client (RIL) and vendor (GE Oil & Gas).
