SU MMARY
* Organize and manage all resources and field activities to achieve an efficient & effective
completion of project in time and ensuring safety procedures of client has been strictly
followed.
* Review method statement and job safety analysis for approval of the client prior to execution
of electrical work.
* Supervision of the ongoing electrical works
* Coordinate with line managers and ground staff in preparation of progress report, daily and
weekly post plans to ensure required materials are stored in advance at site
* Communicate necessary instructions to supervisors and dept. labors
* Work out the requirements & prepare requisition for different materials at construction site
* Prepare and submit monthly consumption reports, daily progress report etc with proper
assistance from storekeeper and the supervisor
* Cash purchase of the materials from the market.
* Work out the requirements and prepare requisition for different materials at construction site.
* Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and
equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.
* Monitor subcontractor’s activities ( fire alarm, firefighting etc ) in compliance with quality
requirements.
* Carry-out the receiving inspection of project materials as and when required
* Ensure project activities are in compliance with project specification, drawings and contract
requirements.
* Coordinate with supervisors to ensure all activities are satisfactorily completed.
* Carry out/ coordinate all inspection & test requirements of the project at all stages
Major Projects Handled
Preparing and submitting of shop drawing to client, architects, consultants as per their
requirements
* Attending the site progress meeting with client, consultants, architects and sub-contractors
* Confer with engineers, customers and others to discuss existing or potential engineering
projects and products
* Coordination with other engineering disciplines to ensure the project requirements are met.
* Prepare detailed calculations, schedules, drawings and any other contract documents to
compute and establish manufacturing, construction and installation standards and
specification as per customer requirements
