Role - Function Head for all Managed International NOCs (100+ FTE)
Handles the overall transition, timelines, go live dates, KPIs release and work for all the services.
• Head of Operations for all International shared managed NOC
• Program Planning, Go Live plans are also part of day-to-day activities. Merger of NOCs, Optimization.
• Ensuring and regulating overall CPI/KPIs - MTTR, Pickup time, RFR, OSAT/CSAT scores.
• Work on managing all operation teams, MIS and delivery teams.
• Managing the entire automation (VCATS) and new tool implementations as an architect.
• Implementation of AI Automation and new AI tools to enable the teams.

Role - Project manager for Cisco Firewall Migration Tool (FMT)
• Handles the over Project co-ordination, timelines, release and work with all teams (Engineering,
Development, Testing, RB, Operations). (Agile Methodology)
• Business and Engineering commit handling, helps in budget allocation and approvals
• Working with platform owners of SaaS based platforms like CDO, Multicloud Defence to streamline FMT.
• Constantly working as part of product management and helps roadmap designing of the product.
• Project Planning, Product Release plan are also part of day-to-day activities.
• Drive a team to testers to work on Telemetry issues for product enhancement.
• Works on prioritization of CDETs, future vulnerabilities, enhancements for the product.

Technology: Routing, Switching, Security, Wireless
• Team management, operations management of Global NOC L1 and L2 teams
• Critical and Major Incident Management
• Escalated issues investigation, problem management.
• Stakeholder management, jeopardy management

Responsibilities:
• Responsible to solve complicated TAC cases.
• Proactive involvement in severity cases
• Auditing the cases actioned by other TAC team members.

• Basic team management stuff (meetings, rosters, billing, KTs, etc)
• Detailed understanding on customer infrastructure.
• To work with NOC and lead the NOC L1 and L2 teams.
• Change management and Problem management.
