Preparation of monthly cost of staff & labour cost, plant & equipment, material, petty cash along with material stock verification & reconciliation.
Preparation of cost to date, to date variances with EV (CPI & SPI) and discussion with site management for taking preventive measures & assessment of possible risks & opportunities for remaining works along with claims for additional scope of works.
Possible reasons for variances in planned vs actual client billing & corrective measures to be taken for future works.
Monitoring over proper allocation of cost of material, labour, plant & equipment, subcontractor work, fuel & site running expenses to correct budget codes in ERP.
Tracking of balance material requirement against issued LPO/FPO’s according to the Scope & actual receiving considering the material stock at site.
Preparation of forecast cost at completion based on cost to date & remaining scope of works as per current site situation (quantity increase/decrease based on design change, change in working methodology, price change, etc.) to reflect the financial changes with revised budget & original budget in 6 months interval for top management approval.
