Preparation of monthly Cost Control Report of Roads & Infrastructure works for top management review meeting.
Verification of SRV (site receipt voucher) & Invoices of Material, Plants, Subcontractor works & proper recording as per budget codes for actual cost accountability.
Monitoring of work progress at site following concept of Earned value management based on higher Management approved revised budget/forecast.
Preparation of monthly cost of staff & labour cost, plant & equipment, material, petty cash along with material stock verification & reconciliation.
Preparation of cost to date, to date variances with EV (CPI & SPI) and discussion with site management for taking preventive measures & assessment of possible risks & opportunities for remaining works along with claims for additional scope of works.
Possible reasons for variances in planned vs actual client billing & corrective measures to be taken for future works.
Monitoring over proper allocation of cost of material, labour, plant & equipment, subcontractor work, fuel & site running expenses to correct budget codes in ERP.
Tracking of balance material requirement against issued LPO/FPO’s according to the Scope & actual receiving considering the material stock at site.
Preparation of forecast cost at completion based on cost to date & remaining scope of works as per current site situation (quantity increase/decrease based on design change, change in working methodology, price change, etc.) to reflect the financial changes with revised budget & original budget in 6 months interval for top management approval.
Submission of VORF 8 for QR 34 million (missing boq items of foul sewer house connection, FS rising main, Utility services & FS main line), VORF 16 for 7.4 million (electrical building & pump station electromechanical & civil work additional items to boq), VORF 11 for 75.3 million (widening of existing 3 main roads & 1 road leading to port in shamal around 10.4km)
Preparation of monthly Cost Control Report of two underground metro stations & one emergency exit with two shafts-
Goldline & Blueline in between for JV management review meeting.
Monitoring of work progress at site following concept of Earned value management based on EXCO approved forecast.
Preparation of monthly labour productivity, manpower histogram, plant & equipment report, reconciliation of concrete &
reinforcement, quantity progress, payment milestone tracker.

Preparation of monthly activity costing of BOQ items to identify variation with respect to budgeted norms (both quantity
& rate variance).
Preparation of monthly Turnover statement with theoretical cost analysis and Profit & Loss statement.
Monthly wastage statement of major construction materials; such as cement, aggregate, steel fiber, admixture, accelerator,
reinforcement & structural steel.
Daily & Monthly progress report preparation and update in SAP of monthly turnover, monthly planning, daily progress
report, annual budget, etc.
Monitoring over proper booking of construction materials activity wise in SAP through correct cost code & activity code
according to its reservation no to get the proper material cost for each & every activity at the month end.
Preparation of ‘Performa A-B’ for monthly & quarterly requirement statement of major constructional materials (such as
cement, admixture, accelerator, reinforcement & structural steel)
Monthly costing of crusher plant aggregate production & fabrication of lattice girder to create inventories of fabricated
products in SAP.
Preparation of fixed cost of crusher plant & fabrication yard for distribution purpose in between two sites.
Creation of every activity in SAP project builder with correct network & BOQ item and monitoring.
Preparation & submission of Client bill with material consumption statement mainly cement, steel, structural items, aggregate, boulder, etc.
Subcontractor work order, monthly R/A bill preparation & journal voucher creation in ERP system.
Rate analysis of different measurement works under B.O.Q. items for Subcontractors’ work done, monthly quantity reconciliation -P.R.W. work done vs. Client submitted.
Detail study of site drawings of different structures and quantity take off for reinforcement, formwork and concrete.
Preparation of monthly requirement statement of major construction materials i.e. cement, reinforcement, aggregate, admixture, structural steel, boulder, G.I. wire net, etc. & material reconciliation.
Preparation of D.P.R., M.P.R., Labour report, Organization chart, Cost budget, Subcontractors’ liability statement, monthly utilization statement of major plant & machineries including its effect on monthly sale value etc.
I’ve prepared Detail Costing Report of a financial year (profit & loss statement) and C.T.C. for B.O.Q. items.
Revised estimate & Supplementary Tender for different item of works including financial implication cum probable excess quantity statement for supplementary tender to the original tender for this project under client’s supervision.
Monthly quantity & sales planning vs. achievement report, Monthly statement of Staging and Shuttering materials.
Site supervision of -
✓ Prestressed R.C.C. bridge structure & its components (consisting of 8.65m dia. & 30.15m depth 21no’s well foundation, pier shaft, pier cap, box girder, in-situ deck slab)
✓ Earthen guide bund for river bank protection (including boulder sausage work at launching apron, C.C.block pitching at river side slope of bund, turfing at country side slope of bund, spreading & consolidating of R.B.M. at top of bund)
✓ 750 mm dia. & 25 m depth R.C.C. cast-in-situ bored Pile Foundation Bridge.
✓ Fabrication work of Steel Cutting edge for well foundation, steel shuttering board, M.S. liner, etc.
✓ Construction of Coal, Container & Multipurpose berth (almost 1 km long Jetty under Adani Hazira Port on the Arabian sea) - 1.2m dia. & 30 m depth R.C.C. cast-in-situ bored pile foundation, R.C.C. cast-in-situ primary and secondary beams, Precast & in-situ R.C.C. deck slab, Wearing course (screed concrete), Approach road (with pile foundation & in-situ deck slab), Precast fender block & staircase for tug berth, etc.
