Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· MW Installation In requirement Basis RING, Balloon, Bus, tree Topologies,
· Node-B Installation and Configuring at site and remote Areas,
· On Air the Site at Requirement Basis,
· Monitoring the allocation of vendors for Installation and Commissioning of Electrical, Tower, Shelter and Civil by Field Engineers.
· Coordination with the field engineers for daily progress.
· Material movement coordination with Warehouse Team.
· Daily target setting for the Field Engineers and reviewing.
· Rfi delivery for the Installed completed equipments where availability.
· Daily Review of project progress with Customer(Committed VS Achieved)
· Reviewing the weekly warehouse Inventory report.
· Assisting the Field team for any technical support in consultation with planning team.
· Interaction with the quality team and offering the sites for Acceptance Test .
· Driving the AT team and achieving the hand back target set by management.
· Timely Issuance of PO and Payments to Sub vendors by constant follow up with Procurement and Finance team
· Motivating the team
· Timely escalation to customer solve the risks and delays in project rollout.
Responsible for carrying out the Quality Aspects on the cell sites in current rollout.
· MIS circulation to Head office for Daily/ Weekly/ Dashboards.
· Maintain relevant audit documents & records for future reference.
· Control and management with Internal and External Audit agencies.
· Planning and making out the Policies for quality audit.
· Finalization of Business Partners/Vendors for Infra and Tower works for circle.
· Procedures and Strategies for Process for execution of cell sites.
· Comply with quality guidelines for delivering customer services to obtain high customer satisfaction levels.
· Materials Management for Expansion and new sites.
· Conduct Quality Audits & Assurance and Acceptance Testing to obtain customer satisfaction.
· Rollout planning -Quarterly and Execution- Monthly.
· Field as well as Lab tests for Infra related works.
· Vendor Management and Bimonthly/Monthly meeting for Targets Performance.
· Handover of cell sites from Deployment to Operation & Maintenance.
· Coordination and management of the Project team, responsible for the Rollout and maintenance of the same.
· Coordination and management of the outsourcing companies of Quality Audit and FM teams.
· Supervise manpower resource for various types of job, resolving bottlenecks and ensuring their focus towards project goals in a cohesive manner.

B.E. (Electrical and Electronics) from in Karpagam University, Coimbatore in year 2013 Diploma (Computer Technology) from Dote, Nanjiah Lingammal Polytechnic college Mettupalayam in year 2010
