Serving as Product Tester of Hospital Information System, Online Health Insurance System and Overseas Medical Treatment System for Ministry of Health (MoH), Kuwait. Responsible for the automation of regression test cases of various projects. Also, a key member of Requirements Gathering team. Sole responsibility of maintaining the QA related documents. Responsible to convey the clear and concise requirements to the team members.

Serve as a key member of software development team as the lead QA tester on development projects for American Red Cross and Supervise a five-member software QA testing team in developing and implementing quality-assurance and quality-control methodologies to ensure compliance with QA standards and customer specifications. Results:
•Created and executed automated software test plans, cases and scripts to uncover, identify and document software problems and their causes.
•Transitioned software development efforts to a test-driven development (TDD) process, which brought QA testing in on the front-end of the development cycle for gains in code quality, software functionality and programmer productivity.
•Conducted formal and informal product design reviews throughout the software development lifecycle to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules and potential issues. Communicate effectively with software design team, quickly gaining their respect and becoming a valued, “go-to” team member on challenging test cases

Serve as a key member of QA team of 10 members for product testing of Transaction Business Management System (TBMS) with expertise in pricing, billing and customer Care modules
•Integration testing and regression testing undertaken for various projects built in TBMS for telecommunication services (prepaid and Postpaid), commercial/retail banking, Port Operations.
•Actively involved in requirement study and analysis of client requirements as part of Product Management Team
