Project Planning, Development and Maintenance

Prepare preliminary proposals for new projects identified by the management including cost estimate.
Coordinate with the Project Consultants by providing the concept layouts and operational requirements for the preparation of final proposal.

Finalise and appoint Sub Contractors for the fit out works.
Prepare design criteria to be followed by the tenants. Review and approve shop layout proposals from the tenants.
Plan and execute refurbishment works of existing outlets.
Plan and follow up routine maintenance of Plant and equipments.

Perform periodic time & cost control review and report the findings to Management.
Verifying with project team members concerned any claims for extensions of time or additional payments and advising the Client accordingly.
Ensure that plants and equipment for the projects are well maintained and in operable conditions, and that all equipment has the required certification and permits.
Ensure the upholding of work safety regulations at site.
Ensure the application of company stated policies and procedures.
Prepare monthly reports on the progress of the project and the procurement of Sub contractors and Suppliers.
Prepare and submit interim payment applications.
Prepare and present periodic progress reports to the Client.
Review and submit all shop drawings, operation and maintenance manuals.
Monitor the progress of any remedial defects liability work.
Prepare the project final account, obtaining relevant certificates, and submitting them for settlement by the client.
Ensure proper documentation of all certificates and quarantine file of the project.
Finalize and complete the project close out document.
