Vilcart Solutions Private Limited is a start-up company, with an objective to become a Bridge to Rural Kirana. The operations of the company are spread across South Indian states and engaged in the supply of Groceries, FMCGs and other daily care products to the rural villages. I, being the Accounts-Manager for the organization (from March 2023 to July 2024) (Audit Assistance for completion till Sep 2024), have monitored and implemented SoPs and RCMs, for the daily operations of Accounting. I have administered the workings of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Compliance Team.

Financial Reporting
• Managing month end closing of Accounts.
• Preparation of Monthly Financials & MIS Reports
• In-detail review of Books of Account
• Cost Variance Analysis of the major overheads in P&L - MoM
• Applying analytical procedure to the overheads captured in the books
• Full P&L responsibility in driving financial performance
• Ensuring the Company is compliant to the applicable Accounting Standards

Audits
• Handling Statutory, Internal and Tax Audits independently.
• Ensure adherence to policies & procedures to facilitate IFC in the assigned area of operation
• Providing requisite details to Internal/Statutory/Tax auditors
• Complete Assistance and Responsibility in EnY audit for FY 2324.

Compliance
• Review of GSTR 1/3B on a monthly basis
• Review of TDS calculations and filings
• Review/Assistance in GSTR 9 workings/filing
• Actively involved in the decision making of GST/TDS matters on a daily course of business
• Co-ordination with the Company Secretary Consultants, regarding to BoD, AGM/EGM documents and other CS related documents.

People/Task Management
• Effectively and efficiently managed a team of 25+. And Leadership
• Monitored and Implemented various SoPs on accounting aspects like Fixed Assets, Vendor Payments, Sales/Purchase/Expenses Accounting, GST and TDS approvals.
• Monitored implementation of Vendor Master, proper functioning of E-Invoice and E-Way bill at the time of dispatch of goods
• Engaged closely with HR, Procurement, Operations and Sales Department for ensuring the smooth functioning of the business and Accounts.
