• Manage multiple backup management tools. - Symantec Backup Exec, CA Arcserve, VDP.
• Mail server management and migration. (Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010)
• Windows Patch management using WSUS, SCCM, and Shavlik Protect.
• Define Change Management Process for IT Operations to align with ITIL defined process compliance.
• Conduct Internal and External Audits for data center risk analysis and mitigation and to project the resource utilization to efficiently manage a complex hospital data center.
