Leading HR Reporting & Analytics activities of GE Businesses in Asia-Pacific regions. Responsibilities include understanding the HR reports requirements and practices, launching the CoE Service in Asia regions, supervising the service delivery, partnering with the global team on simplification projects, system implementations & communication, trainings, ensuring the compliance standards etc.
Leading the Employee Database Management team which takes care of HR back-end operations for different GE businesses in India, with 16000+ employees spread across multiple Industry Focus Groups.
Job Accountabilities:
Overseeing the team’s daily activities, trouble shooting & data quality assurance
HR reportings, HR Analytics, Dashboards & team metrics.
Interaction with global counterparts and working with other departments for process streamlining.
Bringing acquired businesses under GE India HR Operations processes.
Global e-HR projects, User Acceptance Tests, system implementations & trainings.
In charge of the entire HR back-end processes & employee services for 3 India Technology centers with 3800+ employees in different co-located businesses.
Job Accountabilities:,
Spearheading a team, which was engaged in employee database management, payroll data feed, HR reporting, personnel record keeping, letter generations & contingent workforce management.
Quality assurance & HR compliance. Representative for BSI certification of HR processes.
Streamlining & automating various HR processes.
Systems & process trainings
Data analysis for salary correction exercise, engagement initiatives etc.
In charge of Employee database management & documentation for different co-located businesses in Bangalore Technology Center.
Job Accountabilities:
HRIS updations, data quality assurance, payroll data feed.
Providing regular & need-based reports to HRMs, business leaders, C&B manager, O&S manager, Finance, payroll, Insurance provider, legal & other departments.
Employee assistance - business visa documentations, Employment/Address proof letters & process/ system guidance.
Worked with CoE HR team & HR Shared Services team, which was looking after the centralised Oracle HR database maintenance (for 13, 000+ employees) and HR reporting for all CoEs in GECIS.
Job Accountabilities:
Setting up HR Shared Services; Leading a team of 5 people who were in to different OHR processes. Handling analysis & presentation of data to the GE leadership, ensuring data completeness & accuracy, providing necessary HR reports to senior management & CoE HRs and co-ordination with payroll.
Imparting effective training to Associates, streamlining different HR processes
Using ‘Dataload’ software for OHR updations, which reduced the headcount by 3 FTE’s.
Implementing Oracle HR in GPS - Europe business.
