Duties and Responsibilities
➢ Complying EHS organized standard or the procedure of company and contractor to meet the Exemplary Performance at site.
➢ Conducting different EHS oriented training for the awareness of workers about Property Damage, Occupational diseases / harms on health and other various injuries.
➢ Coordinating Foreman / Supervisor for Toolbox talk.
➢ Maintain good Housekeeping in every department with plan.
➢ Conduct safety measures and awareness to eliminate the loss of time Incident and Effort.
➢ Emphasize the safety Toolbox Talk.
➢ Mobilizing and establishing all site welfare and facilities coordinating with site supervisor.
➢ Taking part in producing Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis with respective Construction Engineer/ Area Supervisor.
➢ Coordinating for the required training of the personnel as competency.
➢ Guide Foreman/supervisor to conduct the Toolbox Talk every morning prior to start work. Mentioning Procedure and Method of safe work practice.
➢ Producing and Posting the for legal and safe work accomplishment.
➢ Introducing the incentive award program to emphasis the good and safe workers.
➢ Enforcing to prepare check list system for each of the equipment at site for sound / adequate and rapid identification of hazardous condition of the equipment.
➢ Monitoring the complains of Work Method statement and Permit to Work conditions strictly.
➢ Conducting Emergency drill accordingly the Emergency Evacuation Plan.
➢ Actively monitoring the overall waste management on the site.
➢ Taking part with weekly - walk through team of safety officers with management to note EHS complains at site.
➢ Taking part in Safety Audit. Twice in a year.
