• Development of detailed programme of works and prepare the submission package as specified in the Contract.
• Preparation of Report Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis for updating the project progress status to Management and Client
• Preparation of weekly performance review and prepare & issue official letters notifying the delay to all major subcontractors.
• Coordinate and ensure effective communication with all subcontractors, Engineer and PMC as required.
• Monitor projects progress, critical path and to flag out potential delays to ensure timely delivery of key milestones and deliverables
• Preparation of Delay Analysis Report in full comprising of the narratives, justifying the root cause and evidences to defend the claims for each readily identified Delay Events.
• Risk identification and preparation of mitigation programme

• Development of Project Execution Plan (Activities, WBS, and Resource allocation) in conjunction with project Team, using tools like Primavera Project Planner Ver.6
• Preparation of S-curve and Manpower Histogram
• Monitoring and reporting of progress and status of milestones to Management and Client
• Project progress tracking and activity look-ahead report generation. Co Ordination and expediting of deliverables with project taskforce for timely delivery
• Preparation of Report Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis for updating the project progress status to Management and Client
• Preparation of Delay Analysis report for the management
• Development of Recovery programme and Revise programme in-case of any backlogs in progress
• Preparation of power point presentation for weekly progress meeting
• Analyze and follow up of sub-contractor plans, work in progress report and incorporate their corrected schedules to overall plans and reports

• Tracking and monitoring resources onsite also by interfacing with subcontractors, loading data into specific excel forms and interface with the Lead Planning & Reporting Engineer;
• Assist and work together with the Area Project control Manager producing detail schedules and variations exercises in Primavera P6 project planning;
• Produce daily reports and taking part in the preparation of other reporting deliverables.

Task includes:

• Preparation of Baseline detailed resource loaded and cost loaded time schedule on Primavera with the help of senior management
• Developing and updating of project detailed Baseline Program of work
• Project Planning / Scheduling, Tracking and Monitoring of Schedule and progress on Primavera
• Preparation of weekly & monthly Look ahead were linked to the detailed main construction program
• Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress reports
• Preparation of power point presentation for weekly progress meeting with the client.
• Attending managements & coordination meetings with the Client & Sub-contractors, presenting progress overview & steps for recovery
• Implementation of a procedure for the preparation of monthly Look ahead programmes and the performance measurement of the site engineers based on the target and actual progress in accordance with this programme
