Operations & Projects Management

 Monitoring the overall operations; responsible for planning and achieving set branch targets from time to time.
 Implementing corporate goals, short & long-term budgets, managing inventory & assets and plans for the achievement of goals.
 Ensures the client requirements are met in keeping with the contractual obligations
 Reviews reports and audits facilities regularly to ensure safety, health, security and sanitation guidelines are met as per QMS Manual
 Motivates and guides the entire team in his Work Center, preferably on a daily basis, to ensure set targets are met, specific project plan implementation and administrative issues are concluded
 Ensures Warehousing Management Directives are complied within reasonable time frames
 Reviews asset management and resource utilization and effects measures in coordination with the Direct Line Manager and his Quality Controllers for cost effectiveness
 Escalates technological applications requirements and constraints to the Direct Line Manager
 Oversees all custodial functions assigned to sub contractors to ensure Health, Hygiene, efficiencies and compliance
 Overseeing Stock Replenishment - Expires and Near Expires (FIFO / FEFO).
 Ensuring operations are conducted as per the SOP’s and the IMS Procedures in place
 Promoting safety and ensuring preventive maintenance is undertaken on the MHE’s and the infrastructure is utilizated optimally.
 Providing adequate Root Cause Analysis for Inspection Reports raised by the Quality Control Team and reports accidents / incidents and following up on quotes required for submitting insurance claims.
 Formulating and implementing the strategies for purchase of the materials in consideration with the lead-time requirements.
