Responsible for overall efficient operation of facilities at Jumeirah Lake Tower Master Community, Parking structures, Infrastructures, including, Electrical Mechanical, HVAC, Fire and Security Alarm systems and all essential supporting equipment.

Ensuring the efficient use of all resources.
Ensure that all third party certificates and mandatory valid certificates are available.
Coordinating with specialized contractor for annual maintenance contracts.
Arranging planned corrective and reactive maintenance on regular basis.
Overseeing maintenance and functioning of various equipment and machines.
Arrange monthly meeting with AMC team.
Conducting monthly technical training courses as well as TBT for company staff.
Preparing quotations for new projects.
Investigating root cause for any accidents and preparing incident reports.
Walkthrough inspections and preparing snag reports for property and scheduling duties to clear snags as per priorities.
Assisting to prepare monthly work progress report to senior management.
Managing the projects and Submitting Work Completion Report - WCR to the client.
Participating in new site surveys and supporting the tender process.
Stock request through AX system, raising PR on AX and maintaining the store inventory.

IN DIPLOMA: Floating Water Pump Description: In this project we have designed a pump which floats over the water by using PVC pipe. The advantage of this design is, the pump adjusts the height in the water by itself. As water level decreases the pump goes down by floating. 2. IN B.E: Assessment Of Wear & Mechanical Properties Of Al-9%Si & Al 14%Si Alloys. Description: In this study the work that has been carried out in the area of sand casting of Al-9%Si and Al 14%Si alloys has been summarized. The main emphasis was given to the microstructures, Wear characteristics and Mechanical properties of aluminium-Silicon alloys. The effect of Microstructure on Wear and Mechanical properties of these alloys has been evaluated and presented. Silicon has proved to be a good alloying element in Aluminium providing high strength, high wear resistance and hardness.
