Key Result Areas
Lead team towards achieving department objectives in alignment with budget, workforce forecast within
assigned portfolio in line with cost, schedule and quality parameters.
Develop, review Project Control Procedures, Work Schedules, Work Plan, reviews cost, schedule estimation for
Pre-bid, FEED, Detailed Engineering, Overall Project scope development, execution plan and invoices to Client.
Contribute in Proposals meetings, Project Execution Plan meeting, Project Progress meeting and Client
meeting from Project Control department perspective. Participate in preliminary meeting for tender
preparation
Preparation and issuance to COMPANY of Monthly Cost reports which includes Project Cost Summary,
Value of Work Done, Invoicing Status, Reimbursable Cost, Change Orders, 3 Months Cash Call and Cash Flow.
Preparation and issuance of Weekly Progress Reports and Monthly Progress Reports as per the requirement in
the Project Controls Plan.
Prepare and issue Monthly Progress Certificate to COMPANY including providing supporting backups.
Update Cost Commitments and Cost Forecast for Man-hour, Materials, Subcontracting and Other Expenses.
Lead in providing Presentation slides for COMPANY/CONTRACTOR/ LICENSOR Executive Management
meetings.
Prepare and update man-hours consumed / spent for EPC scope and LICENSOR Management scope.
Prepare weekly agenda and presentation materials for COMPANY and CONTRACTOR Project Control meeting.
Update Weekly Engineering Progress and Productivity Report (actual man-hours for CONTRACTOR and
Engineering Subcontractor)
Report / Coordinates with the Controls Division Manager related to Project Control for various on-going
projects.
Preparation of cost reports with Commitments and Forecast.

Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement and project groups to review the scope of the
jobs in terms of deliverables to be submitted to the client, to finalize schedules to be met, and utilize resources
required as per contract.
Develops drafts and computerizes job packages and project schedule.
Provide Cost Data (Actual / VOWD / Commitments / Forecasts).
Prepare Cash Calls / Cash Flows / Cost Expenditure Profiles.
Provide supporting documents / backups for invoices to client.
Review and verify Subcontractors invoices.
Review and verify Cost data of PVR’s and Change Orders.
Responsible for preparation of Project Close out Report and Fixed Asset Register.
Interface with Finance / Procurement / Contracts Department.

Key Result Areas
• Provided a full Cost Engineering, Work Management, Analysis and Cost Control guidance.
• Follows a Cost Coding structure and assigns the right cost codes to all purchase requisitions, subcontractor’s
invoices, supplier’s invoices, petty cash expenses claims.
• Developed and maintain all Cost Reports, Develop detailed bottom up cost estimates to assist the assessment
of forecasting costs by produce expenditure.
• Managed the accrual system and coordinate this effort by performing analytical comparison with actual JDE
data for the purpose of generating the monthly cost reports.
• Preparation of cost reports on the value of work executed and allocation of the cost to the right cost centers /
elements. Reviews monitor and analyze actual cost trends against budgets.
• Provided services including assistance during contract administration and verification of contractual
payments.
Key Result Areas
• Experience in planning activities in plant shutdown and turnaround milestones.
• Overall Project Supervision of civil and architectural works up to pre-commissioning and pre mechanical
completion.
• Interprets and execute IFC plans and specification.
• Follow permit to work procedures, HSE procedures and QA/QC procedures.
• Prepare material take-off and order materials with Procurement department. Prepare purchase order
requisitions and maintain material schedule log.
• Responsible for monitoring the Subcontractors in their overall project progress, schedule and cost
performance.
• Reviews and endorse Subcontractor claimed progress and invoices on a monthly basis.
• Reviews and endorse Subcontractor change requests and change orders to evaluate cost and schedule impact
to the Subcontractor schedule and incorporating the approved changes in the overall cost and schedule
reporting to the Management.

• Contribute in Project Execution Plan meeting, Project Progress meeting and Client meeting from Project
Engineering department perspective. Participate
• Interface with discipline leads for Engineering, Procurement and Construction to monitor the weekly and
monthly progress reporting.
• Review Material and Subcontract Requisitions and indicate target budget in order to control budget vs actual.
• Review and verify Subcontractor invoices.
• Review change orders and variation requests
• Responsible for preparation of Project Close-out report.
