• Closely monitor shipments by checking ME2L in SAP and making sure updating logs for ease reference.
• Monitoring stock transit and updating the file for easy reference
• Responsible in filing and monitoring store to store replenishments and customer requests
• Organizing stockroom and randomly checking items in system vs. physical
• Maintaining standards of stockroom and daily replenish sold items
• Updating and monitoring store raise discrepancy

LOGISTICS
• Knowledge of International Payment Terms, Incoterms, Trade Documents and Letter of Credit
• Manage stocks matters with reference in both inbound and outbound deliveries.
• Implement and ensure proper smooth operations, incoming and outgoing system through offline processing, creating Group Id’s, downloading, releasing Id and making XML file in ZMPDT.
• Coordinate with sales department/buyers and distributors for the incoming stocks and orders
• GRN and receiving entry in the system. Making sure that the amount and quantity are matching before posting.
• Coordinate to local warehouse and logistics for the updated stocks lists and shipment.
• Tracking of orders from placement through to delivery.
• Communicating with internal and external teams to get appropriate information in relation to stocks with a sense of urgency
• Maintaining the delivery files for internal purposes, encoding CDN, BOE. Etc.
• Filing and keeping all record for all shipments
Responsible for directing underground mine production with accurate information on ore reserves
* Updating maps resource by plotting data from underground mapping and interpreting underground and
surface drilling
* Detailed core logging in the geological map 3D interpretation based on the gathered details
* Supervising geological mapping, sampling and grade control
* Presenting interpreted data to Mining Engineers and Head Departments for the assessment of the
assigned working areas
* Coordinates with drilling activities within the mine underground/surface drilling providing drill plans and
Logistics of drill rigs not only to aid the underground workings but also to extend current vein resources.
* Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the monthly assessment of the assigned working areas as per
Level Geologist
* Intensive interpretation of geological core logging
* Making drill sections from core logged and plotting the vein intercepts into geological pan to have a
good vein targets
* Interpreting data from underground and surface drilling and also based on the projections from one
level
College scholar and a Licensed Geologist
