• Experience in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards that govern every aspect of work/life for the 200-plus PAE Company employees working on the Consulate General in Basrah, Iraq. OSHA, ANSI, NFPA, ISO and NIOSH conversant. Leads personnel to improve sustainable compliance and broaden their knowledge base.
• Interim supervisor for the coordination and implementation of company health and safety policies, safety management system and project/location specific safety management plans
• A compliance manager for all applicable government requirements and company policies/procedures that govern the daily work routine of PAE Employees throughout the Consulate General in Basrah, Iraq
• Conducted monthly and non-regulated workplace inspections and then coordinated with the various departments to ensure compliance to workplace safety regulations
• Collected, reviewed and documented the injury and incident data
• Conducted thorough Incident/Accident investigations, reports and photographic evidence for work related cases
• Investigated PAE Employee complaints of unsafe /unhealthful working conditions and provided guidance that resulted in immediate remediation of unsatisfactory situations
