Ventured into a new horizon of skill development. Was successful in strategizing, implementing and executing Central and State funded projects. Two of the five centers in DDU-GKY (Deen Dayal Upadhaya Grameen Kaushal Yojna, a prestigious Central Govt. Project under the leadership of our Prime Minister, Shri. Narendra Modi) was awarded a model centre in Kerala by NIRD (National Institute of Rural Development). Was responsible for mobilization of candidates, recruitment of qualified staff, implement the project based on the stringent SOP set by MORD (Ministry of Rural Development), training and placement of the beneficiaries.
Cleared eSOP test for DDU-GKY programme conducted by NIRD for Comprehensive (Master Trainer Level). Renewed for the year 2017-18.

Trained 500 plus candidates in DDU-GKY project.
Conducted ASAP training at 60 plus centres in Kerala.
Conduct soft skill training programs, establishing a production unit, recruitment, and providing training to Medical Transcription and Medical Coding Aspirants.
Progressed through multiple technical, leadership, and individual contributor roles during corporate transition from a single unit Company to multi-location Company worldwide. Integrating and transitioning the operations between US and India. Deputed to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, US for a period of 3 months for the purpose of integrating the units and thereafter to Dubai for a period of 15 days. Recruitment for the EMR project in US and India was a key factor for my deputation.
