Directly controlling and coordinating control room and field activities in field
Responsible for smooth and safe operation of the plant ensuring strict compliance with Health safety and Environmental procedures, Work permits procedures and standard operating procedures
Preparing SOP(Standard Operating procedures), SOC(standard operating condition as per vendor manual, Operating Manuals, Emergency procedures
Ensuring implementation of all company policies in the area of Health and safety, Environment. Implementation of British safety council checklists
Leading a team of Engineers and Technicians, coordinating the overall Operation and Maintenance of the Process Plant.
Monitoring daily plant performances and optimizing the same by achieving Specific consumption targets.
Ensuring safety measures during normal operation and emergency.
Coordinating in modification and plant performance improvement jobs.
Reviewing standard operating procedures (SOP) and helped in preparation of Condensed Operation Manual with Start-Up & Shut-Down procedures.
Continuously monitor plant performance & quality through Management Information systems (MIS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Co-ordinate with the Service Departments, ensuring safe work procedure and timely completion of maintenance and service activities to minimize downtime.
Good Knowledge of Computerized system of Data collection, Analysis and Reporting.

Continuous monitoring of operating parameters like pressure, level, flow, temperature, interconnectivity, product routing etc
Controlling different type of controls like Auto cascade, Ratio, feed forward, feed backward
Pass balance control for fired heaters, total fuel control (Lead-lag) of fired heaters and Pump around heat duty control
