1) Pre-award Stage :
• RFQ preparation by formulating contract documents in line with best market practices and as per company policy.
• To identify possible risk and mitigate by establishing base rates and escalation process wherever required.
• Active involvement during drafting of Technical Specifications and shortlisting of specialised material and systems keeping balance in optimum requirements of rest of the team.
• Shortlisting ideal vendors from existing database and development of additional vendors along with publishing credentials, after references from their customers.
• To float tender documents to vendors, provide clarifications by arranging pre-bid meeting.
• To do diligently review and tabulate tender submissions for conformity to tender requirements (technical and commercial).
• Commercial evaluation of bids (cost to company) with benchmarks from rate analysis, LPP (Last Purchase price), cost saving by Value Engineering.
• Bid negotiations and issue of purchase / work orders to vendors within stipulated time (SAP Material Module) complying with audit requirements.
2) Post-award Stage: Contract administration & Contract Closure.
• Arranging Kick Off meeting to deliberate all technical and commercial parameters to Project Execution Team and Contractor.
• Regular interacting with all project stakeholders for smooth site mobilisation of contractor.
• Coordination with site team and updating MIS dashboard from Procurement point of view.
• Identifying possible variations, establishing various possible options from commercial point and closure of extra items contractually without delay in contract period.
• Evaluation of Contractor’s performance at various stages and establish to vendor database.
• Coordination with project team and finance for obtaining desired cash-flow for each package.
• Contract closure as per contractual terms and all the liabilities and claims settled out.

a) Civil Packages (Core & Shell, Interior Civil Work, External Development), Structural Packages (Spiral Staircase, Canopy, Terrace Roofing), Façade (Sliding Windows, Curtain Wall, Granite Cladding, Skylights) along with BMU, Landscape, Kitchen Equipments, Swimming Pool etc. of High End Residential Building (Built-up area-2.5 lakh sqf).
