Managing, tracking, monitoring and evaluating day-to-day accounting tasks and activities, financial transactions, payroll and utilities, budgeting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis cash flow and forecast financial plans,
*Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce monthly / quarterly and yearly financial reports (MIS) or statements & present with management,
* Prepare Actual, Budgeted financials and submit to Banks to continue enjoy credit facilities from Bank with best interest rate,
*Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
* Co-ordinate and complete internal and final statutory audit
To Manage Accounts department of all Companies located in UAE, Bahrain, Oman and India and report to Chairman & MD.
* Ensured accuracy of revenue and expense accounts, Prepared Accounts reconciliation for monthly closing procedures under accordance with GAAP
* To Prepare MIS & Budgeting, Financial analysis, monitor month end reports, schedules, payment/receipt & finalization of balance sheet,
* Internal Auditing and submitting Projected and current financials to Banks to obtain Credit facility (TR, TL, LC, OD, etc.)& maintain good rate of interest, and consistently work on cost reduction of company.
*Filing Vat return and make Payment on time for UAE and Bahrain.
* Control and manage Accounts of MD Personal & family investments
* Finalize Statutory Audit on time and complete the Audited Financials
To monitor & Control the operational works of account & Finance and report to CFO.
* Support for Preparing annexure’s of Costing, Budgeting & MIS by CFO
*Co -ordination with Internal auditors & statutory auditors of company & Resolving the queries raised by both the auditors,
*Prepare & filing Tax Returns of VAT/CST, Service Tax, Entry Tax, Environmental chess, local body Tax, Profession tax and finalized Assessments
Implementation of ERP system & taking care of daily general accounts and looking after all the finalization work of Accounting and report to Manager.
* Ageing Analyses of debtors, Creditors and control on payment and receipt
*Co -ordination with Internal auditors of company & Resolving the queries,
*Preparation of payroll, Account settlement of staffs & worker,
* Control over Completion of Books of Accounts of various plants of Terrazzo Group situated in various parts of UAE & Reporting to Finance Manager
To taking care of daily general accounts, Checking Invoices and passing entries in Account system.
* Handling Petty Cash Book, & Reconciliation of sundry debtors/creditors and make payment on due date,
*Handle Payroll Responsibilities and finalize salary sheet with calculation of overtime of factory employees.
* Monthly Stock Reconciliation include physical checks of the warehouses
Maintain all Accounts Register, Bank reconciliation, Prepare and filing Individual, company Income Tax Return, clients statutory and Internal Audit, Handle Payroll, and control on Audit staff.
