• Maintain IT assets with inhouse ERP (using new technologies) and manage ISP in our all-remote location.
• Configuration and manage NAS storage for systems image auto backup and data sharing between local and remote user.
• Set-up alerting, reports, and dashboards for monitoring overall system health.
• Plan and implement optimizations for network, compute, and storage systems being used.
• Taking backup of systems, backup of Microsoft exchange server, windows server and tally server and maintain mail PST and user data.
• Managing Microsoft exchange server, and windows server domain controller.
• Managing and configuring all Wi-Fi device and local and network printer via remote access to all remote location.
• Provide first line support for all compute, storage, and networking infrastructure issues for the local team.
• Provide all Apple laptop, desktop, iPad and iPhone support to customer, and troubleshooting mac OS X, IOS and apple application.
• Install and update apple hardware and network devices to service Centre and customers.
• Manage apple merchandise to support apple store and service centre to achieve targets in day-to-day task.
• Provide training to apple customers for apple devices like (laptop, desktop, iPhone, and iPad).
• Provide service and support to corporate user related to apple product.
• Install, configure, and provide services for all apple devices to the customers.
• Manage apple AST server and tally server.
