• Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.
• Receives and registers Client provided document for construction engineering projects, including in-house generated document.
• Using Aconex & PCM for document transmittal s/submittal s.
• Controls issuance of document numbers, including maintenance of proper document registers for construction engineering projects.
• Maintains specifically assigned project database and performs file backup to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic registers.
• Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving.
• Prepares and maintains AFC and As-built photostat books for construction engineering projects, either for in-house use or for onward
transmittal to Client during project closeout.
• Performs document quality check in accordance to Company engineering document control procedures.
• Reviews completeness of project documentation and prepares document transmittal
• Prepares engineering project reports, as may be required.

Highlights:-
1. Attending all incoming call to the outlet and office, diverting them to the concerned department or person.
2. Attending customer queries and forwarding to the proper department.
3. Scheduling staff weekly / monthly duty time.
4. Preparing Annual Leave application coordinating with HR department.
5. Monitoring Visa and Passport expires. Giving direction to employees for renewal.
6. Arranging Air tickets to Employees going their annual leave coordination with In house Travel Agent (Lulu City Travels)
7. Recording and monitoring annual leave of Employees of the outlet.
8. Distributing and Filing of incoming and outgoing documents.
9. Arranging Insurance cards to the new comers in the outlet coordinating with company insurance department.
10. Arranging occupational health cards to the employees working in the Fresh Food department coordinating with PR and HR department.
