Brother International is a 110 years old Japanese company with global presence. Brother Middle East product range includes multifunctional, printers, scanners, Label printers and high end sewing + embroidery machines.
• As Assistant sales manager I was responsible for taking ownership of annual sales in the range of USD 4 Million, a large part of which was from highly profitable Labeling product line.
• Responsible for the formation of sales strategies for each partner handling and reporting of weekly sales movement and monthly review with top management and providing regular product training to distributors’ sales staff. Created specific programs for Sell-out by performing regular interaction and meetings with Retail Channel Partners and working with distributors and their dealers for increasing channel expansion as per specific product line strategy.
• Developed business growth of 20% in the labeling business including winning a large Etisalat tender by jointly working on it with the company’s authorized distributor.
• Grew retail presence by establishing product presence of high-end sewing machines and labeling products with power retailers as an additional source of revenue.
• Tied up with Amazon to be part of the Amazon marketplace to ensure powerful online presence and better control by Brother over prices and product available on Amazon.
• Active participation at several events such as Gitex, ADNEC and Sew Green.
• Installux is a French company with manufacturing units in France and Spain, it is one of the leading aluminium systems of Europe.
• Independently managed all the ongoing and potential projects in Qatar
• Secured prestigious projects including Mall of Qatar, 5-Star hotel, Viva Bahriya 6-7 at Pearl, College of Pharmacy, CP5-Qatar Foundation, Marina-11, and other smaller projects.
• Successfully negotiated win-win deals with authorized fabrication partners, assessed and screened new fabricator partnerships and got Installux specified with consultants
• Carried out project management, technical submittals, and support in relation to the secured projects
• Al Futtaim group is one of the largest and most reputed corporate houses of UAE. Al Futtaim Technologies is the distributor of Toshiba, Alcatel, Microsoft, and other IT and telecom products/solutions. I was part of Toshiba sales team that deals in Notebooks computers, Digital Color/Mono multifunctional, Copiers, Faxes, Projectors and DMS.
• Manage Global Toshiba customers and Key Account Management
• Create and give presentations to the potential clients and business associates
• Co-ordinates with other divisions for any relevant requirements

• Designed and wrote a monthly newsletter to all company’s customers, manage company website

• Clientele included Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Schlumberger, HSBC, Siemens, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, Knowledge village and Leo Burnett.
