Duties & Responsibilities
•Successfully managed multi million budget projects and successfully achieved the project schedule goals.
•Reviewed constantly the customer feedback and then suggested the ways to improve the process & customer services level.
•Progress review with client, Project management team (PMT) on regular basis.
•Preparing enquiries to receive quotations for the materials, services, subcontract works, specific to project needs, for estimation, if required.
•Ensured that new clients will grow into a loyal customer base in a specialist niche market by implementing a new loyalty program.
•Manages project proposal or plans. Determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
•Planned, supervised, and coordinated daily activity of 3 junior analyst / junior business executives.
•Review status reports prepared by junior business analyst and modify schedules or plans as required.
Scope: The V-909 liftboat is oil and gas service support, self-elevating jack up vessel. Its principal dimensions are 61 meters long x 38 meters wide x 7 meters deep. The vessel carries up to 100 meters of leg length and is designed to operate up to a depth of 65 meters Detail engineering, procurement, construction with installation and commissioning will be carried out at Ras laffan. •Preparation of MTO for bulk materials for assigned Project Respectively.
•Coordinate with Client / Consultants /Inter departments / Shop In charge.
•Preparing LTFPS, BOQ, Correspondences with Client & Closing NCR, DCR.
•Finalize sub contractors for Manufacturing Job items as per drawings.
•Day to day coordination with shop for clarifying shop issues, expedite shop work progress.
•Arrangement for inspection, dispatch, timely clearance of all documents before dispatch.
