• Managing Subcontractors works related to healthcare equipment (Surgical Tables, RO Units, Blood Equipment’s)
• Subcontractors works management related to CRAC Units serving Data Centers
• Water Sampling, analysis, Flushing works
• Day to Day emergency MEP corrective maintenance works
• Prepare RAMS, SOPs, EOPs,
• Site asset Condition survey, Daily Reports, weekly reports, Monthly reports
• Prepare Log sheets, Random audit survey reports, Maintenance reports
• Tool Box Talks, Safety Survey, Safety Inductions, Risk assessment trainings.

• Assist Project Manager for technical aspects of MEP services
• Maintenance of HVAC Systems:
i- Primary, Secondary & Tertiary Chilled water pumps, Side stream Pumps and filtration system
ii- Maintenance of Air Handling Units, FCU, Extract Fans, Exhaust Fans
iii- Installation, Testing and Maintenance of Cooling tower’s gearboxes
• Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of water pumping stations
i- Domestic water pumps
ii- Firefighting pumps
iii- GRP domestic water Tanks
iv- Underground water tanks for Surface water and drainage system
• Provide Technical trainings to MEP teams in field to carry out PPM and CM work (HVAC, Mechanical & Plumbing)
• Prepare Scope of works, Risk assessments, Training Manuals and Method statements for maintenance works.
• Witness on site sub-contractors works for chillers, Generators fire alarm systems, Elevators and Review subcontractor’s maintenance service reports (HVAC, Mechanical and Plumbing)
• Supports the deployment of the predictive maintenance tools, including vibration analysis, infrared thermography, oil analysis, laser alignment of rotating equipment’s
• Technical evaluations of received Quotations and recommend appropriate choice for order.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis for Equipment failures and submit reports to client
• Performs administrative tasks such as developing work plans and standard operating procedures and emergency operating procedures
• Provides technical and informational support to customers and MEP departments concerning pending and ongoing maintenance activities
• Prepare Plant Inspection reports of conditions in buildings and recommend actions to be taken
• Coordinates Annual Planned Shutdown and associated work with outside contractors
• Provide day to day reports to client of operational and maintenance issues on site
• Preparation of operations and maintenance manuals and provide training accordingly to MEP team

Facility Maintenance and Management:
Carry Out inspection of facilities on a regular basis to detect MEP maintenance issues and attended them immediately
Responsible for Internal & External Monthly Inspections, Construction Surveys and Fire, Life Safety. Audits of facilities and identify maintenance requirements
Create and implement Scope of work, RFQ for Annual maintenance contracts.
Engage and manage subcontractors and service providers. Liaise and coordinate with various collaborators and stakeholders on operational and maintenance issues.
Ensuring H&S processes are implemented and managed consistently
Mechanical and Plumbing System:
Inspection, Operation and Maintenance of Water pumping Stations and Distribution Networks.
Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Diesel Engines.
Operations, Maintenance and Repair work of Water Pipelines (HDPE, DI, CS etc.) including civil Works (Excavation Compaction, backfilling etc.).
Fire Fighting System:
Inspection Operation and Maintenance of Fire water pumping stations and Fire Water distribution networks;
Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Fire Fighting Systems such as Fire Pumps, Sprinkler Systems, Fire Hose Reels, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Hydrants, Pre-Action Systems as per applicable NFPA Standard and QCDD Authority;
Responsible for Fire Life Safety Inspections and Audits reviews;
Material Procurement
Procurement, Inventory Control, Quality and ware house management of Mechanical Systems.
Prepare purchase requisitions and Orders for spare parts and consumables. Sourcing Suppliers, Sending RFQs and negotiate best cost.
Technical evaluations of received Quotations and recommend appropriate choice for order.
