Responsibilities and Work Profile
• Facility Management and Preparation & updation of SOPs and work instructions documentation as per regulatory bodies i.e. ISO, WHO, cGMP, EU-GMP, GDocP, GXP, HACCP, FSSAI for Maintenance operations and faced related audits.
• Compliance with local government bodies regulations.
• Utility- Boiler (HSD/FO/LDO/PNG), Air Compressor, DG up-to 720 KVA (Make: Cummins & Caterpillar).
• Basic operation & maintenance of HVAC system, dehumidifier and its equipments.
• Fire Hydrant and Fire extinguishers operation & maintenance.
• Handling all types of pharma process machines.
• Coordinate and involved with the vendor for engineering/maintenance work.
• Preparation of Job work order & Issue of Permit to work.
• Sound knowledge of Fabrication, Plumbing, Civil and workshop activities.
• Look after operation of ETP/STP plant.
• Operation & Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant
• Handling of all others process and packing machines.
• Maintenance & overhauling of pumps, gearbox.
• Maintain all type of measuring instrument calibration record.
• Handling and controlling all utilities, asset care & allied activities.
• Preparation of MIS reports and presentation.
• Managing a group of 30+ Engineers/Technicians including performance review, daily supervision, mentoring & training.
• Also conduct regular Self Inspection (Internal Audits) to avoid Non-Compliance.
