•In charge of the Commercial Administration of EPCC, DB, DBB (Design Bid Build) contracts. Routinely interfaced with LREDC Office and Qatar Rail to ensure compliance with risk appetite limits and Lusail C&PC policies. Provided advice to PMC and PD, and controls that the contracts are managed commercially as per the rules and procedures, in order to safeguard the interest of stakeholders and the project.
•Responsible for cost control and change management on engineering, procurement, construction, and completion phases of several contracts. Managed cost control, forecasting and explained Variances in both Lump Sum and Reimbursable project environments. Supported finance reporting within the Client’s reporting framework including Cost Forecasting, Anticipated Final Cost (AFC), Cost of Work Done (COWD or Actual), Gross Billing and Current Contract Value; and provided robust Cost Analysis Feedback.
