Responsibilities
• Handling Property investors residence visas
• Monitoring staff performance and attendance
• Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
• Employee insurance coverage
• Personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, training needs, and
• terminations
• • Any other records required by the government
• Conduct exit interviews immediately with former employees (voluntary and
• involuntary) to determine areas to improve personnel policies and relations
• Work closely with government agents to ensure proper compliance with laws and Regulations
• Dealing with Immigration department, Labour ministries & Other Government organisations
• Liaising with different embassies on behalf of organisation
• Maintaining employee records
• Coordination with different Govt.organizational & group departments on employees issues
• Monitoring the employees’ leave balances and plans
• Providing data for staff final settlements (if any staff is leaving the Company)
• Purchasing all Necessities of Company
• Handling all insurance claims for staff & any damage to Company assets
• Managing fleet of all vehicles of the Company from registration to periodic maintenance
• Maintain fleet records of vehicles
• Dealing with insurance company for health insurance claims
• Coordinate employment/residence, visit visas and other kind of visas for employees and business visitors, ie online (portal) and at-counter submission of correct documentation.
• Follow-up on Labour Cards, residence visas, Emirates IDs and health insurance cards renewal for employees.
• Liaising with different embassies on behalf of organisation.
• Initiate New Joiner workflow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Issue salary certificates for Government Services agencies.
• Keep updated personnel records related to Visas, Recruitment, Residency, Insurance and other related documents for employees.
• Complete all administrative responsibilities related to leavers including exit checklists, visa cancelations, medical insurance cancelation, etc.
• Collect and submit documents related to external/travel visas for company staff.
• Providing data for staff final settlements (if any staff is leaving the Company)
• Handling all insurance claims for staff & any damage to Company assets.
• Update self and concerned colleagues regarding changes in local laws and regulations effecting business.
• Managing fleet of all vehicles of the Company from registration to periodic maintenance.
• Consistently demonstrate positive attitude and always act/behave as a "Role model" in front of employees.
• A team player and maintain good rapport with staff and business partners.
