(SWMS) from clients before commence of the work.

certificate, and vehicle insurance certificate) of HEAVY Vehicle.
Analyzing third party certification of all equipments/machineries.

First aider is appointed for any minor injury/wounds occurs.
Ensured proper suitable safety signage is placed before hot work permit work is commenced.

Managed Operation and Maintenance of 330 KLD & 3 10 KLD SBR plant.

Maintained parameters (Ph, Chlorine, MLSS, Odour and turbidity) as per
KSPCB Standards and Chemical stocks in the plant.
Daily, weekly and monthly records of STP operations maintained.
Effective chlorine chemical management and usage as per MSDS with certified chemical supplier.
Ensured proper PPEs usage and safety gadgets are renewed before tank cleaning process conducted.
Internal and external water testing report is maintained for raw effluent and final outlet water sample.

Applying Consent and Data Interpretation for manufacturing industries in Pollution Control Board
portal (OCMMS) and obtaining Consent for Establishment and Operation.
Assisted with Pollution Control Board officials and team members, handled their technical grievance
on water quality standards and maintenance of plant.
Ensured collected water samples from tank/ground water/surface water/well water samples
are as per PCB standards and samples are tested from state recognized laboratory.
