 Preparation of monthly (MMR) and annual finalization Income & Financial statement; subsequent reporting and comparative statements & analysis with previous years & months.
 Supervision and maintaining day to day accounts works & Checking Petty cash Vouchers.
 Monitoring cash and credit sales and preparation of credit sales collection schedule with ageing analysis, sales analysis report & Checking Credit Cards Collection.
 Checking of Inter Branch reconciliation on monthly basis and allocation of common expenses.
 Checking of Payroll sheets, Salary, overtime, Leave salary & indemnity computation etc.
 Checking Cost of Sales, Man hours, Inventories & Internal Material In - Out
 Checking monthly reconciliation of bank statements and bank transfers, LG and LC details
 Maintaining fixed assets register and monitoring addition/retirement and depreciation on fixed assets on monthly basis & preparing appropriate entry in fixed assets workbench.
 Checking and preparing month / year ending closing and recurring entries
 Checking and maintaining records of foreign and local purchase orders and related purchase budgets.
 Responsible for reconciliation of balances of customers and suppliers including foreign suppliers and checking monthly ageing reports.
 Checking & Confirming import shipments exp. and related costing sheet.
 Providing sales price for Export & Dealer departments and fixing prices.
 Co-ordination and assist with the auditors and provide them various schedules, information, statements etc. as required by them and assist in annual physical stock taking.
 Coordinating with the management and the internal departments in the preparation of annual forecasts and budgets.
 Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
 Preparing accounts and tax returns
 Auditing financial information
 Compiling and presenting reports, business plans, commentaries and financial statements
Working with SAP.
