Collect and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.

Understand business objectives and design surveys to discover prospective customers’ preferences.

Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.

Interpret data, formulate reports of findings, illustrating data graphically and translating complex findings into written text and provide recommendations.

Forecast and track marketing and sales trends by analysing collected data.

Conduct a quarterly Strategic Brand Image Survey (in GCC & Turkey) which is designed to follow-up on the Brand & Model’s performance.

Follow-up on the “Country Related” topics such as Events and Sponsorships and measure their effectiveness and impact to the Brand Perception.

Conduct an on-going market survey on New Car Buyers (in GCC & Turkey) which is considered as a milestone to all other researches.

• Monitor the entire market growth/dropdown by analyzing the new vehicles registration data

follow up on the implementation through different channels including creative, media
planning/budgeting and PR.
