-Recruitments ( Sourcing, Screening, Selecting, Hiring, Onboarding process, Medical Insurance, New employees orientation session, BambooHR portal )
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Recruitments ( Sourcing, Screening, Selecting, Hiring, Onboarding process, Send the Offer Using SAP success factors, New employees Induction Program ) - HR Operation ( Enter the new employee in Oracle, Medical insurance, GOSI System, End of Service, Payroll, Vacations, Overtime, Reports )
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Recruitments (Job Ads, Screening, Interviews, Job Offers & Hiring) - New employees Induction Program.
- HR electronic archiving.
- Tracking HR Key Performance Indicators KPI - SAP System registration/Termination
- DocuSign System
