Recruitment
• Select and shortlist appropriate resumes for the required positions from approved sources (websites, recruiting agencies, internal database etc).
• Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks of the prospective candidate.
• Send offer letters and employment contracts to successful applicants.
• Manage regulatory procedures to ensure transfer of residence for the new recruits.

Staff requirements
• Manage staff benefits such as employee information, bank account details, time attendance pattern, salary details, degrees and certificates etc.
• Assist new staff with the school code of conduct, policies / procedures and guidelines, and employment related contract related questions.

Reporting
• Report School management about admin staff absenteeism and tardiness on a daily basis.
• Assist School management in preparing various staff related reports on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Prepare reports for regulator bodies (Ministry of Private Education) by liaising with the Registrar.
• Report the technical and functional matters related to the Personnel department to the Head of Personnel.

Other activities
• Monitor and update the time attendance system with leaves and absenteeism on daily basis.
• Prepare monthly payroll including the summer pay, indemnity and other allowances for all employees.

Record keeping
• Maintain personnel files, using appropriate filing system for Ajial staff members.
• Ensure that all personnel files are maintained in an accurate and up to date manner.
• Maintain the personnel database and prepare reports as required to provide information to School management.
