Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Perform outbound calls as a marketing tool to carry out a variety of sales and marketing activities, including cold calls, cross selling and up selling to new and existing customers
Attend to telephone queries from customers and direct such calls to appropriate Company or Bank personnel where necessary.
Perform any after-call functions to complete the cycle of call
Achieve pre-set Key Performance Indicators for the individual and assist in the achievement of the overall sales target as set by the Company and/or the Bank.
Provide feedback and suggestions on programs handled to improved and/or enhance existing and future telemarketing programs
Perform duties/tasks ancillary to the selling activities cited above, including mailing, typing, faxing and dispatching from time to time.
Complete daily and weekly reports to measure individual effectiveness and provide figures showing weekly productivity of individual.
Ensure each call handled meets the service standards of the Company and the Bank
Create and/or maintaining proper client, call and sales records and customer database as required by the Company and/or Bank.
Produce, write, and narrate programs on the radio.
Represent station at industry and community functions and events.
Determine news and information appropriate for broadcast.
Prepare newscasts and deliver them on-air.
Prepare and/or review public service announcements, underwriting announcements, pre-recorded reports and audio elements, newspapers, and program rundowns.
Deliver sports scores, stats, statistics, and information about upcoming games.
Inform public of program sponsors and announce public service information.
Run broadcasting test and Record commercials.

Meet with the production team to go through the running order
Be briefed by researchers, or prepare your own scripts, links and interview questions

Reviewing promotional materials such as brochures or pamphlets to ensure that they are effective
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Organize and coordinate sales representative’s schedules
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
Receive and report on all sales leads
Supervise sales representatives and assistants
Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
Work with sales team when closing sales
Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals
Provide Premium/ Platinum customers with all required information related to the company products and services with delighting them with a superior customer service.
Follow up all customers related issues and provide timely feedback to Premium/ Platinum Customers.
Provide customers with superior recommendations and actions, and be a driver for customer’s satisfaction
Handle and retain all the customers’ complaints
